Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, replacement, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your purchase item from chorbazaari platform, we will process your returns/refunds, replacement or exchange. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. If your return is approved, we initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment or refer Refund Payment Mode for more information). Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies i.e.: you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained by chorbazaari if :
Refund Payment Mode:
To return an item, please email customer service at customercare@chorbazaari.in to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Note:
1. Return Shipping Charges will be paid or reimbursed by us if it is not damaged, used, tempered or label removed.
2. Only if Product doesn’t have a defect at the time of delivery (for reasons attributable to and accepted by ChorBazaari after due verification at its sole discretion).
3. ChorBazaari will notify the user about the status of refund through updates shared on the User’s registered mobile number and email address. ChorBazaari also disclaims all liabilities that may arise on account of its failure to keep the user notify about the status of the refund.

- ChorBazaari may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour that entitles ChorBazaari to a claim against you.
- The Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort. If ChorBazaari is satisfied that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, ChorBazaari shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product.
- The Product has been washed, Soiled, Stains and Tampered.
- The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User.
- The IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code/ MRP tag detached and unclear.
- All in-the-box accessories delivered with the Product (such as chargers, earphones, instruction/user manuals, freebies and combos (if any), etc) are not returned along with the Product, in an undamaged condition.
- Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device not formatted and Screen Unlock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint).
- Any Dents, Scratches, Tears or any other damage to the products or any part thereof, in case of electronics if the products sought to be returned are not sealed in the bag provided by ChorBazaari.
- The gifts accompanying the purchased product have not been returned, or upon being returned show signs of being Used, Washed, or Defect, or ChorBazaari is satisfied that the product has been rendered defective or unusable.
- Damaged
- Used
- Tempered
- Label Removed
- Gift Vouchers or Coupons issued by ChorBazaari
- And such other products which may be specified time to time by ChorBazaari.
Refund Payment Mode:
- If you have paid for the order using bank account/ credit card / debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 5-10 business days from the date of by ChorBazaari, after the product get approved or clear the Quality Check Process.
- If you have paid using ChorBazaari Credits, then the amount gets refunded to your ChorBazaari account within 5-10 business days from the date of product get approved or clear Quality Check Process.
- If you have paid using Cash on Delivery, then the requisite amounts shall be refunded as ChorBazaari Credits into your ChorBazaari account within 5-10 business day from the date the product get approved or clear the quality check process from our end. You shall have an option for refund of paid amounts by way of ChorBazaari credits or into your bank account. Please note that in case of any refund to your bank account you shall need to comply with the Company’s Policy in this regard which shall be a conclusive undertaking at your end in all aspects. Please further note that you shall be completely responsible for providing correct bank details and the company shall not be responsible in case wrong information has been provided to it.
